Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Responsible Person and Quality Manager.
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving quality management systems, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Act as the Responsible Person for compliance, overseeing all quality assurance practices.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EU GDP guidelines.
Facilitate and participate in regulatory audits and client inspections; conduct internal audits and supplier evaluations.
Drive a culture of quality within the organization through training and awareness programs.
Manage and prepare documentation for Quality System Management Reviews, ensuring all outcomes are tracked and reported.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Additional Information: Location: Ireland This role involves occasional travel within the UK for audits and inspections.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Quality Management, etc.).
Solid experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Valid qualifications as a GDP Responsible Person.
In-depth understanding of GDP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 regulations.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic working environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
