Career Vision Recruiters have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team of this Fine Dining Restaurant in a hotel in Co. Kildare.
This is a hands-on role responsible for helping to build a strong, cohesive team focused on creating memorable experiences for each and every guest.
Main Duties: Interview, select, train, restaurant staff for the efficient operation of the outlet.
Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff, such as house count and menu changes.
Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments.
Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
Maintain profitability of outlet to support overall hotel operation.
Control payroll and equipment costs (minimizing loss and misuse).
Ensure adequate staffing levels for anticipated business during shift.
Conduct competitive research and report trends and recommendations.
Minimum requirements Minimum three years of previous Restaurant Management experience Ability to effectively communicate in English, excellent written, verbal and organisational skills.
Must be able to multitask and be very detail orientated.
