Salary: €27-32k + Benefits Including Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Pension Scheme
Contract type: Full-time Permanent role with ASAP start (40-48hr week)
Location: Cork/Limerick (Munster Region)
Essential: Candidates need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a hands-on role in the food industry. A recognised third level qualification related to the restaurant and hospitality industry is also necessary. Must have a valid driving licence and be willing and able to travel nationwide. Must be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving and communication skills. Specific food qualifications also desirable.
The restaurant performance specialist will work with restaurants to identify issues needing attention across all aspects of the business. You will begin by taking a hands-on role to learn the basics of the operation, and this hands-on approach will continue as you lead by example on site visits. Most likely 4-6 weeks training will be provided so you are briefed on the company's processes and procedures, but my client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
