As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Retail Management team, responsible for driving the delivery of retail objectives. Your role will encompass providing operational, commercial, and strategic support to the head office and management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior management roles within the retail sector, showcasing exceptional multi-site experience and a deep understanding of retail management.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a seamless customer experience across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to enhance consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute retail strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.Multi-Site Management:
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring a cohesive and uniform brand experience.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve cross-site communication, coordination, and synergy.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
