As a Retail Shop Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis.
In our exciting, dynamic betting shops no two days are the same and you'll have the chance to lead a team that wins together and does what's right by our customers.
Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for the running and management of your two stores, adhering to the companies gold standards and driving your shop team to achieve excellence in all areas.

What you will do Lead, develop and train your team to deliver outstanding service to a wide variety of customers.
Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy.
Develop your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products.
Plan and work towards defined targets and goals, and manage controllable costs.
Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards in terms of appearance and cleanliness.
Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes to help build a strong shop team.
Develop your team in their current role and support those who show potential and want to progress within the business.
Complete shop rotas to agreed timescales and with fairness and the work-life balance of your team in mind.
Support your wider area team as required, e.g.
investigations, formal meetings, lead roles.
Working Patterns Our shops can be open from Monday to Saturday 9:00am – 9:30pm and Sunday 10.00am to 6:00pm depending on the location.
This includes weekends and bank holidays.
Your typical weekly rota will be split over 5 days made up of a blend of opening & closing shifts, including weekends and will vary week to week.

Qualifications Do you have the ability to drive performance and achieve results?
Passion for delivering great customer service!
Do you have excellent organisational skills?
Ideally with previous people management experience.
Do you enjoy building strong relationships and can you communicate effectively?
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to adapt and learn.
Are you happy to work alone or as part of team?
Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
