Join the Revenue Operations team responsible for audit-to-cash processes across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of order-to-cash processes by driving operational excellence, managing risk, enabling business growth, and delivering consistent KPIs.
What will the role involve? Own end-to-end (E2E) order-to-cash processes and controls for assigned portfolios; execute operational excellence activities (e.g., review credit applications, increase requests, approvals, collections, etc.
).Collaborate with the BPO outsource team to support day-to-day activities.Deliver excellent performance across KPIs at portfolio and regional levels (e.g., aging, bad debts), ensuring consistent results.Communicate, educate, and support clients on new tooling enhancements and system updates, while assisting with change management for client-impacting projects.Assess financials and determine appropriate credit releases using various internal tools.Partner with the sales team to evaluate credit requests based on country-specific conditions.Manage advertiser queries in the portfolio through ticketing and email.Address issues, assist with month-end financial close activities.Ensure collections and suspensions are effective, and verify payment status.What makes me eligible to apply? 6+ years of finance-related experience in a multinational company, preferably within online advertising.Experience with E2E order-to-cash processes, particularly credit management and cash application.Familiarity with outsourcing and BPO governance is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, with a solid grasp of finance, tax, treasury, R2R, S2P, FOS, FP&A functions, and the ability to act as an OTC subject matter expert.Deep knowledge of OTC processes and their impact on the balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and other finance metrics.Strong ability to partner, influence, and build relationships with customers.This opportunity is an 11-month contract, hybrid in Dublin 4, paying from €85,000 per annum pro rata.
