Revit/Cad Technician

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit/CAD Technician to join our client, a Cork-based project consultancy, on a permanent contract.
This role will involve work on a range of projects, including Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Residential, Educational, and Industrial.
Role Requirements: Preparation and presentation of drawings and design outputs.Development of detailed infrastructure design drawings using Revit/AutoCAD software including detailed structural drawings.Experience in leading the drafting of civil engineering site development drawings for both design and construction projects (primarily residential projects ranging in scale from 50 to 500 units).Knowledge of the requirements of the Irish planning system, especially with regard to civil design.Production of Drainage/Utility/Service drawings including - Stormwater Design, Foul Sewer Design, Watermain Design, Bulk Earthworks & Levels, Lines/Signs, and Traffic Calming (within residential development) – DMURS Compliance.Knowledge of both Revit & AutoCAD.Work independently without needing significant help from others, and provide guidance and support to other members of the team.Assume ownership of work and work with project engineers to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.Efficient work methods, working both as part of a team and on own initiative.Benefits: Competitive salaries.Hybrid model available after probation.Variety of projects.Laptop and software subscriptions where appropriate.Flexible working opportunities.Opportunities for further education and training.Company Pension Plan.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Alicja Burchardt. ****** 0212427109
