As Reward Partner at Primark, you will provide advice and direction to People & Culture client groups on all matters of reward policy and process.
You will provide support in the implementation of the Total Reward Strategy, projects, and plans.
You will deliver reward policies and processes including the Reward core cycle activities.
You will provide expert advice and guidance for relevant client group/s.
You will provide guidance and support to all team members including direct peers.
As the Reward Partner will anticipate challenges, provide guidance, and support client group and all team members including direct peers and Head of Reward.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Leadership: You will advise and guide more junior members of the reward team.Client Management & Stakeholders: You will manage key client groups, acting as the primary point of contact for the People & Culture community, monitoring emails, and coordinating solutions across departments.Policy & Processes: You will interpret and apply global policies, resolving client issues, recommending new policies, providing guidance to colleagues, coordinating reward processes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Reward Cycles: You will oversee the reward cycle, ensuring synchronization with peers, and contributing to all aspects of the process, including planning, tracking, and mitigations.Communication: You will create high-quality written communication, including decks with analysis and story-telling.
The goal is to ensure clear and accurate communication that enables the client group to make informed decisions, while also effectively addressing queries.Analysis: You will create and review high-quality reports, modelling costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for client groups.
Additionally, you will suggest and prepare reward options, evaluating job levels, and explaining job architecture rationale to the client group.External Analysis: You will stay informed of market trends and legislation, advising the client group accordingly, create and advise on pay ranges and bonus structures, offering ad-hoc advice on market rates for roles, and completing survey submissions to external benchmarking providers.Operational & Vendors: You will collaborate with third-party vendors, resolving routine queries, handling purchase orders and invoices, and preparing budgets for external vendors.Other: You will also perform additional reward activities and projects as assigned, anticipating challenges, suggesting mitigations, and proactively recommending policy and practice changes to enhance the client experience, accuracy, and strategic alignment What You'll BringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:Experience & Qualification: You ideally will hold a business degree with a strong financial/data bias, although you may hold alternative qualification (such as Accountancy) coupled with relevant reward experience of 4 to 7 years in a similar environment.Skills and Attitude: You will bring strong analytical skills, a solution-focused mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
You have great verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for explaining reward aspects clearly and compliantly.Interpersonal and Collaboration: You will be skilled at building rapport with your internal clients and stakeholders.
A collaborative approach, working effectively within a team, contributes to overall success.Organisational Skills: Effective planning, scheduling, and adaptability are key.
You will be flexible, enabling the team to meet current and future business needs and take on new tasks as required.Reward Expertise: Staying informed about reward trends and industry networking is important.
A solid understanding of Total Reward policies and principles, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, is expected.Regulatory Knowledge: You will bring expert knowledge of regulatory, tax, and compliance rules related to reward.
