Details of the offer

RGN required for HSE Community Care Waterford • Staff Type: RGN x 1 • Location: Community Nursing - South Kilkenny, Waterford City & county extending to Youghal Bridge (based in various health centres & home settings) • Duties: Providing nursing care including clinical care, assessments, applying home care packages, referrals where appropriate, provide health promotion and working as part of the MDT • Start Date: Immediate or late August/early September • Period: Ongoing • Shift Days: Monday to Friday • Shift Times: – Requirements: Full driver's licence
