About the role An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Risk Assurance Associate to join Davy, working with and under the direction of the First Line Assurance Team – Group Operations.
In the role, the successful candidate will:
Risk & Control Assurance Devise and execute monthly risk & control assurance programme.
Report findings and assist with agreed remediation steps.Assist with the annual Group RCSA Programme for all departments in Operations.Perform quarterly reviews of complex areas/issues.Ensure accurate reporting of operational risk events and breaches, and overall maintenance of Group Operation's incident log.
Perform root-cause analysis with risk owners.Risk Governance and Reporting Monitor compliance with Group procedures and other requirements (including compliance with the Group's policies).Monitor and maintain Operation's Risk Dashboard.Produce FLOD risk MI for local management and senior governance bodies.Track and report actions, ensuring monitored versus agreed deadlines.Assist risk and control owners in updating the Group's risk register in compliance with Group requirements.Control Inventory update, monitoring and reporting.Identification of Efficiencies Proactively identify operational efficiencies from assurance work undertaken.Assist the first line of defence team in their wider duties as required.About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
