Grade: Manager Contract type: PermWe are seeking an experienced Risk Consulting Managers to join our growing Risk Consulting practice to work closely with our broader ESG Consulting team.
This role will involve leading teams of multi-disciplinary consultants to enable clients to achieve compliance with ESG standards and reporting frameworks and derive value from their sustainability efforts.A snapshot of your peer group: Our managers have minimum of 5 years professional experience in Risk Consulting or related field, with proven track record in delivering risk and compliance implementation programmes.Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
Professional certifications in Sustainability or ESG an advantage.Knowledge of reporting frameworks, governance structures and design of processes and controls Understanding of Risk and ESG frameworks, standards and regulatory environments Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Risk and ESG implementation programmes.

Here is what you can initially expect: Manage a portfolio of clients and lead/support the delivery of ESG implementation programmes designed to support our clients to implement and embed sustainability in the organisation and comply with ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
Support clients in performing ESG Risk Assessments, in particular CSRD Double Materiality Assessment.Review and assess client's existing sustainability and broader risk and data management practices identifying areas for adaptation or enhancement and support the implementation of these recommendations.Review and assess client's existing sustainability reporting governance arrangements, processes and control environments identifying areas for enhancement and support the implementation of these enhancements.Advise clients on their performance against ESG standards and reporting frameworks and support the development and implementation of recommendations to achieve compliance.Support business development activities to further expand our Risk and ESG consulting practice.Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored ESG and Risk implementation solutions.
Your team: You will be joining the ESG Consulting team within our Risk and Regulatory Consulting practice.
Our Risk and Regulatory Consulting practice is experienced in managing diverse risk issues for our clients including operational risk, sustainability risk, conduct risk, financial risk, fraud & financial crime, regulatory compliance, data risk, cyber and technology risk.
We support our client develop frameworks, operating models and approaches to govern, manage, quantify, and assure risk.
Our broader ESG Consulting team provides support for our clients to embed sustainability into their core business activities.
Our multi-disciplinary team, work with clients to assess sustainability risk in the organisation, adapt and embed sustainability in the governance structures and control environment, advise on and support the implementation of mandatory ESG reporting frameworks, internal policies and procedures, and enable our clients to derive business value through sustainability transformation.
