ResponsibilitiesDrive impact at a wider team level, across multiple aspects of abuse and harm-fighting and mitigation.Lead team to ensure everyone is focused on the most important and impactful work, holding the team accountable for results.
Manage programs of a complex and ambiguous nature by streamlining new processes and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives. Build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and components with foresight to anticipate and address future issues before they arise.
Build global partnerships with executive stakeholders to identify and advance common goals, act as a reliable domain expert for stakeholders.
