About The Role Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and address guest inquiries or issues.
Oversee VIP arrivals and special guest requests, ensuring a personalized experience.
Maintain luxury service standards across all guest touchpoints.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with the hotel's standards.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and manage workloads.
Monitor room inventory, occupancy rates, and maximize room revenue through yield management.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and maintained to luxury standards.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
Assist in managing the rooms division budget, controlling operational costs, and maximizing profit.
Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance.
Work closely with other departments such as F&B and Sales to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and operational challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.
Proactively identify areas of improvement in service delivery and operations.
Requirements for the role: Experience in a similar management role within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and hotel operations software.
Knowledge of revenue management principles and budgeting.
