Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Reports to: Sales Development Representative Manager
Location: Cork (hybrid 2 days in office)

Purpose:The SDR role is focused on 7 key areas:
Create qualified opportunities against quarterly targetsDeliver upon SLAs between Marketing and Sales to ensure timely follow up of inbound leads, campaign follow up and target prospectingCollaborate with Marketing and Sales on outbound program strategy and design (who, what, how)Continue to grow competencies and expertise in everything related to outbound lead generationUse your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospectsEngage in meaningful discussion with high-level executives, ask thoughtful discovery questions, introduce Compliance & Risks product and handle objections as neededMaintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) platformIn this hands on role, you will drive process improvements to automate the current lead generation process. You will be responsible for developing new business whilst growing your own career with Compliance & Risks.
You will be the creator of your own destiny, in one of Ireland's fastest expanding SaaS companies working with Global household brands around the world. You will be responsible for ensuring that you enable this growth by achieving and exceeding Lead Generation targets and Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities:KRA1: Strategy & Process Definition: Work to and drive continuous improvement around our Outbound prospecting strategyWork to and drive continuous improvement around MQL to SQL qualification processBuild and drive continuous improvement for our Lead Generation processWork to and drive continuous improvement around Marketing & Sales SLAs with respect to our Lead Management processKRA2: Campaign Planning:Execute upon our inbound and outbound strategies to create steady flow of SQLsWork with Content and Product Marketing to develop and test effective messaging for outbound communications to your team's assigned accountsExecute upon monthly campaigns to hit SQL targetsWork with and drive continuous improvement with respect to processes to identify and research lists of companies to targetKRA 3: Measure & ReportHit and report on goals in real time (using Hubspot reporting and dashboards) to ensure enough quality pipeline to help exceed monthly revenue targetsOwn and continuously iterate on health of funnel reporting (from lead creation through to deal value)Track and hit key metrics including dials, emails, touch-points, number of Leads to Opportunities and Conversions at all stages in the sales funnelPartner with Marketing & Sales to ensure leads are being created and routed as expectedKRA 4: Partner:With Product to understand our compliance solutions & client challengesWith Marketing and Sales to understand our ideal target client profileWith Sales & Account Management to understand what makes a good quality SQLPartner with regional counterparts and cross-functional teams to track lead generation, and follow up across the demand funnel.Requirements:Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skillsExperience in HubSpot/Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and other sales productivity softwareDemonstrated track record of working closely with salesComfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentHave at least 1 year (or more!) of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable customer service/sales experienceHave a positive attitude and an appetite for experimentationExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAre driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethicAre coachable, collaborative, and curiousHave a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skillsCan write a killer email and have a great phone presenceAre masters of efficiency, highly organized, and love using technology to get things doneAre self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentComfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environmentThe Perks:A competitive salary, company bonus, health insurance, pension, wellbeing programmeAn exciting and dynamic role with career development opportunities and progressionThe opportunity to work with talented and diverse team in an inclusive work environmentA learning culture where continued learning & development is supported and encouragedRemote working options and a flexible environment that promotes wellness and work life balanceCompany Highlights:20-30% YoY revenue growth since 2017Top private equity sponsorship from Luminate Capital Partners70,000+ regulations and standards on the platformA marketing leading retention rate over 95%
