Sales Executive - Job ProfileControlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive for the Leinster region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong team player to join a dynamic and fast paced team.
Responsibilities
Develop business relationships with new and existing customersDelivering projects from conception through to implementation, project varying in size and monetary valueDeliver first class customer service at all timesIncrease business by maximising sales to each customerInform customers on the technical benefits of our products"Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectivenessMeet personal and team sales targetsResearch accounts and generate or follow through sales leadsAttend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developmentsReport and provide feedback to management using financial statistical dataMaintain and expand client database within your assigned territoryAll other duties as assignedSkills & Experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position3rd level qualification BA/BS degree or equivalent is an advantageExperience within the Pharmaceutical / Medical device industry is desirable. Proven sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaExperience working with CRM packagesFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and driven The ability to multitask and to ensure projects are carried out to a high standardIdentify customer needs and maximise sales opportunitiesConfidence to discuss the benefits and features of our productsGood communication, organisational and administration skillsFlexible and Pro-active attitudeAbility to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they arise
