Sales Manager / Dublin West (Office based) Our client is a very successful well-established distributor specializing in communication technology. Seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with a strong ethos. Dublin West. Salary: €60K – €65K plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: As a Sales Manager, take on the responsibility to lead, coach, and manage the internal and sales team. Support the Sales Director and ensure sales targets are met, developing strategies to improve sales performance. Deliver on total team performance and achieve new levels of organic growth. Work closely with the company's culture and values. Collaborate with other departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, handle negotiations, and address customer concerns. Predict future sales trends and set realistic targets based on market research and historical data. Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and plan sales campaigns. The Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and drive a team toward achieving sales objectives. 3rd level degree and relevant sales management experience in a similar role. Communication Technology industry experience. Strong people management experience in a sales environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
