Scanning Operator

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store's scanning systems are operated efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent communication skillsAbility to engage with and prioritise customer needsStrong attention to detail, organised and flexibleAbility to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPrevious customer service experience is an advantage.Main duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and ImaginativeEnsure integrity of product information and pricingPrint required daily reports and take appropriate actionManage pricing and setup of in-store promotionsEnsure backup of systems are completed dailyEnsure the correct cost price is against local suppliersUnderstand the importance of the role and how it can impact on the storeAttend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.Shift Schedule:
Monday shift: 07:00 to 11:00
Wednesday shift: 07:00 to 11:00
Thursday shift: 06:00 to 13:00
Friday shift: 07:00 to 11:00
Saturday shift: 17:00 to 21:00
