The Role: We are looking for a motivated, brilliant and passionate local PR expert to join the PR & Advocacy team.
The PR Executive is to be fully responsible day-to-day for all areas of PR, events, and influencers management, focusing on driving the brand and product strategy for engaging media, influencers, makeup artists, celebrities and socialites.
You must be able to demonstrate strong local key stakeholder networks and build new relationships, negotiate with influencers and creatively capture the imagination of influencers via tactical campaigns.
This role will work very closely with the Global PR & Advocacy team and will report to the Senior PR & Advocacy Manager to develop, implement, report and analyse strategic regional and local PR plans to launch new stores and markets, NPD, brand partnerships and brand campaigns.
About the role Lead and support the planning and execution of local PR & Advocacy plans across Singapore, Thailand and India Able to ideate, organize and execute record breaking and flawless launch activity and events Support local strategy development, including taking an active role as part of the taskforce, attend brainstorms, gather and organize information and assist with proposals Manage specific projects that are part of larger campaign and implementation of PR plans, provide creative input and approach of innovative brand awareness initiatives Develop excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, commerce, education etc) to provide PR support as required Able to analyse campaign success and manage the collation of reports that the wider business is well informed on local PR & Advocacy initiatives Manage regional and local master stakeholder list, maintain key stakeholders' profile and relationships e.g.
media, celebrities, socialites, influencers, makeup artists, develop new contacts that are important to Charlotte and the brand Manage the regional press office, including press materials and collaterals, PR calendar, NPD product ordering, creative mailer and seeding, media pitching, product loan and shooting, makeup artist bookings Project manage influencer content collaboration and affiliate projects, content brief to ensure quality and result-driven Manage budget tracker and POs, ensure adhering to company policies Stay abreast of industry trends, able to think critically and provide strategic insights, collate competitor activities for the wider business Take proactive ownership and map out regional action plans and deadlines Who you will work with Reporting to the Senior PR & Advocacy Manager SEA Key Selection Criteria Minimum 2 - 3 years of PR experience A proven in house or agency background in Beauty PR is essential Solid organizational skills, great attention to detail and result-driven Have a flexible and professional attitude, a team player Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner Strong connections with local media, celebrities, socialites and influencers Good presentation and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and at a hands on level Have experience in the digital and social landscape Marketing/ Communications or relevant degree preferred
