What is the Role: Reporting to an Enterprise Information Cyber Engineering Lead, the role holder will focus on the sustainment and evolution of the domain capabilities and cyber toolset within AIB while providing leadership to partner teams that deliver the key services that protect the bank.
The role holder's capabilities will span Cyber Security toolsets and capabilities along with domain-specific knowledge, best in class technology design, delivery of large-scale IT enabled business change, Incident / problem support and SME escalation for key partners.
Key accountabilities; Support the shaping and delivery of key Cyber Security capabilities in line with domain requirements.
Maintain and evolve cyber security toolsets, conducting capability gap analysis, target state definition, resource planning and ensuring stability.
Act as a key SME for incident management, problem escalation & cyber security tooling within AIB.
Lead efforts to rationalise and evolve existing cyber security capabilities and support new solutions.
Collaborate with architecture and design teams to ensure correct design, development and implementation of cyber security solutions.
Minimum Criteria; 5+ years enterprise technology experience, with a proven track record in the delivery of Cyber Security technology solutions including problem solving experience within complex, multi partner delivered technology environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues and resolution strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels within the bank & with 3rd parties.
Detailed understanding of: application, information and Infrastructure technologies; application integration and API technologies; and of best-practices in multi-sourced software development and service management.
Knowledge and change experience of the following a distinct advantage: , ITIL/SIAM , JIRA, SIEM, Security Analytics, SOAR, API integration, Password Vaulting, Network security devices such as IDS/IPS, Cryptographic systems such as HSM and PKI.
