Security Officer (Dublin/Wicklow)

G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for experienced Security Officers for our client sites around Dublin/Wicklow.
We are looking for an experienced individual who is reliable and able to cover (Days/Nights/Weekends etc).
Basic Pay €14.50, + Sunday Premium €3.44, + Bank Holiday, Unsociable hours & Overtime rates paid.
Main purpose of position: To protect our client's property, people and/or assets by providing security services to a specific site in direct accordance with the site procedures and policies Role Responsibilities: Monitor Systems: Oversee Access Control & Camera Systems Respond to Alarms: Address Access Control Alarms using systems and cameras Communication: Coordinate with Office Coordinators across the EMEA region Reporting: Compile daily activities into shift reports and create Incident Reports Customer Service: Answer calls and provide security services coordination Dispatch: Use radio to dispatch and track Security Officers' calls for requests Emergency Coordination: Manage emergency incidents with Physical Security Officers Liaise with First Responders Participate in regular training and scenario-based security drills Follow escalation policies during emergencies Experience In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems Proven ability to deliver comprehensive oral and written reports Personal Attributes Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to respond calmly and effectively to situations Multi-tasker capable of working under pressure Outstanding written and oral communication skills Punctual with an excellent attendance record Self-starter with minimal supervision Role Requirements Valid PSA (Static Security) licence Safepass, First Aid, and Manual Handling certifications 1 year of experience in a similar role Fluent in English (verbal and written) Full flexibility and availability to work days, evenings, and weekends 5 years of verifiable work and personal history Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail Benefits Career progression, training, and development opportunities Tax saver and cycle to work scheme after 12 months of service Pension scheme after 6 months of service Service awards recognition scheme Internal recognition schemes Charitable giving Skills: Valid security license safepass first aid manual handling IT skills English protection Benefits: Sunday Overtime and unsociable hours rates
