This full-time, long-term role involves assisting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students facing SEMH challenges, helping them engage with their education and develop emotionally.
You'll work closely with the classroom teacher to implement tailored learning plans and provide essential support.
Key Responsibilities: • Support students with SEMH needs in class.
• Implement behaviour and learning strategies .• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment .• Collaborate with teachers and external specialists.
