Senior Accounts Assistant (Temp)

Senior Accounts Assistant (TEMPORARY) - Dublin 15 Reed has the pleasure of assisting our Client based in Ballycoolen for a temporary position.
This will be for a period of 4 - 6 Weeks.
Pay per hour: €23.07 - €25.64 + holiday pay, paid every week.
37.5 hours per week Duties in the role: Being responsible for processing and allocating invoices to accounting system Be proficient with coding for invoices Assist with journals and some accounts production Assisting the FC in processing supplier invoices for Accounts Payable Assisting with banking - client bank reconciliations Reconciling and posting to system Bring Creditors Ledger up to date Review of accounts payable payment runs Submission of all BACS and DD files Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
