Senior Administrator Required In North County Dublin - Immediate Start, Up tp 34K!
This role is based on 3 x 11 hour day and .5 days shifts each week across 7 days.
Candidates must be in a position to facilitate this roster The Role: Co-ordination of patient transport/transfers as required.
Fulfilment of local procurement processes such as the creation of Purchase Orders in accordance with HSE Financial Regulations (training will be provided) Management of the Isolation Facilitys dedicated invoicing mailbox Reconciliation of supplier statements Monitoring of inventory to ensure that stocks of key items such as Personal Protective Equipment do not deplete.
Assist in the collation and review of key documentation such as weekly statistics, service level agreements, risk registers etc.
Daily liaison with catering vis--vis patient orders and dietary requirements.
Co-ordination of translator and interpreter services as required.
Maintenance, and where possible enhancement of, the document management system.
Assist with the collation of responses to Data Protection requests (FOI & SAR) received Ensure that all documentation and records, particularly those relating to patients or those that may be considered sensitive, are treated confidentially and stored securely at all times.
Support, promote and actively participate in sustainable energy, water and waste initiatives to create a more sustainable, low carbon and efficient health service.
