Applications are invited for a Specified Purpose Post (est.
9 - 12 months) of a Senior Administrator - Research, CPD & Level 8 Programmes within UCD School of Psychology (with a 6 month panel).
The post-holder will have responsibility for research administrative duties and administration of the School's CPD activities and will work with existing staff on the administration of Level 8 studies.
The postholder will provide administrative support to faculty and researchers within the School, including the research centres (the UCD Centre for Disability Studies) and groups based within the School, under the direction of the School Manager and Head of School.
They will assist in the promotion of the School's research activities on social media and other public platforms.
They will also deliver high quality administrative coordination to the Undergraduate (BSc) and Higher Diploma programmes in the School.

They will be part of a busy and dynamic school administration team, dealing with staff and student queries.
The post-holder will be expected to have proven experience of successfully working to deadlines, excellent organisational and administrative skills and excellent communication skills.
Following interview, successful candidates will be placed on a panel for a period of 6 months.
