As Senior Architectural Technologist you will be based in a Dublin consultancy with a reputation for high end projects, quality work and high staff retention. They would have a great reputation in Ireland with repeat business from a variety of clients across the industrial, pharma, medical and residential sectors.
Your New Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be primarily involved in the technical planning and detailing of large projects across industrial sectors. This role will give you autonomy to run the project and deputise your time however there is a real collaborative feel in the office where colleagues push each other to excel. Using latest building technologies, there is the full use of BIM and Revit which is essential to this particular role. There will be plenty of technical challenges for you to overcome, but ultimately rewarding at completion when you see the finished product. You will be working with an experienced team of engineers, project managers and technicians.
Job Requirements
Our client is looking for experienced BIM professionals with an excellent project portfolio. They are looking for talented architectural professionals to join their team and add value. If you have worked on larger projects, are wanting autonomy to work away and manage your projects this is the place to be. You won't be micromanaged and you will be trusted that your expertise and management is correct.
Job Benefits
You will be working for a highly reputable consultancy they have a reputation of being great to work for and do not hire often which is a great sign. Salary will be negotiable, however you could expect it to be in the €70K-€75K range they respect that candidates should be renumerated fairly and competitively on the market. There is a collaborative environment with a focus on continual training and development. Practice is easily commutable to in the South Dublin region.
