Regime:Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Prague)Length:February 2025–December 2025 (possible prolongation)Project Description:The project is set in order to expand the HO Portfolio & Agile Governance team, which is currently looking for capacities for the Compliance Recording & Mng System projectThe team currently consists of 20 team members through all rolesThe goal of the project is to create a new complaint tool (the basic concept has currently been created)Tasks:Development of the solution concept in the Camunda systemDetailed analysis of requirements in dtb Lotus Notes and setting of new requirementsSetting new flow requirements in cooperation with process officesPreparation of documentation on ConfluencePreparation of detailed specifications and analysis of requirements for IS change and development Analysis of data required for the preparation of reports, cooperation with DWH, reportingCooperation with individual decision-making departments in the analysis of these requirements/creation of new onesRequirements:Work with MS Office, O365Knowledge of working with Enterprise Architect Knowledge of process flow, setting processesKnowledge of complaintsThe use of AI for the area of claims is an advantageKnowledge of the banking industry is an advantageFluent Czech + A2/B1 English
