As a Senior Client Service Representative, your primary focus is providing exceptional client service.
You will oversee insurance programs, manage transactions, update client information, and negotiate coverage terms.
Collaborating closely with the account servicing team, you will also address inquiries, maintain data integrity and interpret complex documents.
Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:2+ years' experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related companyExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customersBeing a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlinesDetail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasksInterpreting documents, such as insurance policies, applications and proposals.Proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and learning Agency Management SystemsAbility to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitudeThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hireBS/BA in Business, Insurance or related fieldWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes.
