An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Client Services Executive to work with our team in Dublin.
Role SummaryCantor Fitzgerald Ireland is known for delivering exceptional service and cultivating strong client relationships. Our Client Services Division is at the core of these efforts, offering a diverse and dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth. The team manages all existing client queries while also working as the key support to our stockbrokers and their direct clients. This role is diverse and allows members of the team to gain knowledge in many of the firm's business areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management:
• Maintain strict service levels for all client-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client queries.
• Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company guidelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for relationship managers, addressing client queries with regards to policies and procedures.
Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain and update all relevant databases with accurate customer information.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is completed in line with business requirements.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions, instructions, queries, and resolutions, ensuring all actions are properly documented.
Client Correspondence:
• Prepare and produce client correspondence, including formatting, mail merges, and distribution of documents.
• Prepare ad hoc client information files and perform monthly reviews, addressing gaps in client data.
Compliance & Taxation:
• Verify and manage Irish and Foreign tax documentation and static data, ensuring that all tax legislation is followed correctly.
Process Improvement and Projects:
• Identify areas for productivity and quality improvements, proposing solutions to Head of Client Operations for consideration.
• Provide additional support to other teams and participate in projects as required.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in a Client Services role in a Financial Institution, preferably in Wealth Management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
The ability to perform well under pressure and maintain high standards when managing tight deadlines and high workloads.Experience working in large-scale organisations.The ability to consistently meet strict service level agreements.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the capability to manage and resolve issues independently.Familiarity with industry systems (e.g. Pershing, DCI, Softco, DDIQ) is advantageous, though the ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint.QFA or similar qualification.Qualified applicants may enclose their CV by clicking the link below
