The Gleneagle Hotel is a dynamic property of 279 bedrooms, extensive event spaces catering for both corporate and entertainment events , leisure facilities, a variety of food & beverage offerings and self catering apartments all on site.
Our guest range from families on leisure breaks, conference delegates, people attending gigs or other events in the hotel, people attending special interest breaks.

This role may suit you if you are currently working in a management role in a smaller property and are looking to broaden your experience or if you have worked in a large organisation but want a more structured role. The role: Taking full responsibility for the hotel for early or late shifts making sure all areas are open, set up properly and welcoming to our guests.
Supporting all department but particularly food & beverage departments in high demand periods.
Dealing with a wide range of guest queries.
Participating as a full member of the management team supporting where needed.
Completing of daily security walks, daily reports and passover reports Skills and Qualifications 3 rd level qualification in Management, hospitality or related field is preferred but not essential Experience in a management role in hospitality or retail.
