Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting a dynamic team within the Talent sector?
My client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide EA support for the Head of Talent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in Recruitment & Talent to grow their career within a professional firm.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative support, including drafting proposals and creating presentations.
Manage the Head of Talents diary and schedule using Microsoft Outlook.
Draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Support the wider Talent team with meetings, project coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain and update our document management system, ensuring accurate and timely e-filing.
Take ownership of specific administrative tasks and contribute to team projects.
What Were Looking For 5+ years experience as an EA supporting senior management, ideally in a professional services or talent-focused environment.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
Strong writing and drafting skills, with an ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with an adaptable, proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
A post-leaving certificate qualification in HR, secretarial studies, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
An interest in diversity and inclusion.
