Are you a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who is looking for your next career move?

Our client, a top engineering and environmental consultancy known for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions, is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their expanding team in the Dublin & Leinster region.

As a vital part of this close-knit team, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing advanced electrical systems for a variety of impactful projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Residential, Healthcare, Pharma, Industrial, and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, assess, and refine design concepts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Translate client briefs into electrical building services designs/specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies for new designs and concepts.
Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated engineering solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and successful project delivery.
Lead or participate in design and review meetings.
Generate designs following industry codes and best practices.
Prepare cost estimates and tender documents.
Oversee and guide other design team members.
Perform site inspections and document findings in reports.
Generate production information and manage full design documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve client-related issues.
Keep up with industry trends and apply innovative solutions.
Requirements: Level 8/9 degree in Electrical Engineering or trade background.
10+ years of building services experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in electrical building services design and knowledge of BS, IS, and EN standards.
Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it) is a plus.
Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Packages.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
