Responsibilities:Coordinates information among the project team and ClientReview and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirementsLeads discipline estimator work sequence and internal reviews of their deliverables to meet project demandPrepares the total Project Basis of EstimateLeads the preparation of Project Estimates and supports the presentation to Executive and Client management teams.Develop discipline estimates as necessary to support project demandsRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred10+ years of progressive experience in construction estimatingProven leadership experience in a senior estimating roleUnderstands the fundamental concepts of engineering drawingsUnderstand and apply AACE Recommended PracticesIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
