Based in Ryanair's Dublin office in Swords, this is a 1 year fixed term contract. Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will include:
Providing extensive administrative support to the Group CEOOrganising personal & business travel schedules and itinerariesAssisting with Board reporting including agreeing agendas, drafting papers, and preparing reporting packsMinute taking and dictaphone typingManaging all internal & external correspondenceDrafting weekly reportsAssisting with the preparation of press releases and other confidential documentsResearch and assistance in the preparation of briefing notes, presentations, and correspondenceFiling, maintaining office records, preparing expenses, and retaining annual leave registerAd-hoc projects.RequirementsA minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role preferably in a large, fast-moving organisationA fast thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, open, approachable personalityTyping to a very high level of accuracy and speedExcellent computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office packageStrong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task, and attention to detailExperience working under pressure and to tight deadlinesCandidates who hold a full clean driving license and their own car will be highly regardedBenefits: Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
