My client, a leading Wealth Management Company, is looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be required to provide clients with financial solutions in the areas of income protection, wealth management, and financial services.
Responsibilities: Engage with clients, generate leads, and provide tailored recommendations.Offer financial advice to both new and existing clients.Manage and continuously nurture relationships with a diverse client portfolio.Identify and develop new business opportunities through various internal and external channels.Achieve set sales targets and contribute to team-based goals.Comply with the standards, codes, and regulations established by financial regulatory bodies.Requirements: A minimum of a third-level qualification, along with the QFA designation.
Progress toward the CFP qualification is advantageous.At least 5 years of advisory experience in financial services, with a proven track record in cultivating and expanding both existing and new client relationships.Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and the risk/return principles associated with them.In-depth knowledge of pension products, their technical details, and related tax guidelines.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to solve problems and manage relationships.Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks efficiently.Flexible and adaptable to changing situations as they arise.A solid understanding of business conduct regulations.Able to work effectively as part of a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Capable of working toward new business goals and targets.
