Key Highlights: Work with a globally recognised investment management firm.Lead impactful projects and drive process improvements.Access professional growth opportunities.Your Role: Support Global Fund Accounting Europe Product and ETF Administration teams.Identify and resolve complex operational challenges.Review and oversee daily operational activities and documentation.Lead key projects, including ETF launches, from analysis to implementation.Propose solutions for process improvements and maintain risk controls.What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience).3+ years of industry experience.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with diverse responsibilities.Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word (preferred).
