AA Euro Group has been retained by a well-known contractor to hire Senior Health & Safety Advisors for large projects in Dublin & Kildare,

Roles and responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Assist the BU HSE Manager in the consistent roll out of company strategy and expectations within SOPs, Guidance etc. Support the Project Management Team with the day-to-day safety activities on site Conduct regular formal site audits & inspections as directed in the Safety Management system Ensure the delivery of health and safety inductions for all employees or contractors Ensure sub-contractor safety documents are produced and available on site, relevant and in accordance with best practice and current legislation Advise/assist the Site/Project Management team in drafting and communicating method statements for high risk activities Assist in incident/accident investigation reporting and filing Manage the Toolbox Schedule for the project including attendance records Give advice to site management on training requirements for each project Furnish safety reports to head office as required Deliver appropriate training. Have and share knowledge and advice with teams on environmental principals and management. Requirements:

Recognised EHS Qualification At least 8 years in construction industry Ideally Pharma. At least 8 years as a Health and Safety professional. NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent (*) NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L5 on Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence safety
