Senior Hr Administrator - 3 Month Contract

Our Healthcare client in South Dublin has an exciting requirement for a Senior HR Administrator, for a 3-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidates will provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management and undertake various HR administration duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED ·Assist in providing HR support, advice and guidance in relation to all aspects of Human Resources
·Support the review and updating of HR polices & procedures
·Reporting and systems administration
·Maintain efficient systems of records and personnel files.
·Assist with the recruitment & pre-employment process.
·Participate in any HR related projects
·General HR administration and related duties.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·A third level HR related qualification
·3+ years Human Resources management experience
·Experience working in healthcare
·Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
·Have excellent organisational and planning abilities.
