As the Senior HR Generalist you will join a highly-experienced, collaborative and innovative HR team in which you will be responsible for completing the following tasks; Act as an Advisor to site management in all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. Partake in Recruitment and Selection processes- accompanying management in interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checks. Provide support to managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures Assist in the creation of a new induction program to ensure each new employee is effectively onboarded into the organisation Developing the employee new starter program such as creation of new employee contracts, onboarding packs and partaking in inductions. Monitor the levels of employee absence and performance ie. leading absence review meetings What will you require as a Senior HR Generalist? Obtained a third Level HR Qualification Must have at 6 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing Possesses in-depth knowledge of employment law Preferable to have experience working within a business unit How to apply to this Senior HR Generalist position ?
