Senior Landscape Architect - Land Planning & Design Practice

Job DescriptionThis role offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, leading on a wide variety of landscape projects for a range of private and public sector client teams.Working as a Project Manager, project management responsibilities, including contractual, financial and programme management of projects through design, detailing and construction.Establish strong working relationships with other members of the landscape team and internal teams across the business.Develop and manage the work of othersClear communication, including the ability to write concise technical reports and to contribute to conference calls, meetings and workshops.Be client-facing and respond to client requirementsProduce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software, with the necessary level of detail as required at various stages of development: strategies, conceptual design, detailed design and production information through to supervising the implementation of works on siteCompile tender submissions and secure new work.Have the technical ability, knowledge and competence to guide and develop junior staff.Work collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary design team.Requirements8+ year's experience with a strong emphasis on delivering projects through detailed design to site.Third Level Qualification as Architectural Technician, Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architecture, or similarDegree or Masters in Landscape Architecture or equivalent desirableFull driving licence.Design creativity, creating and implementing designsDevelopment plans and planning policiesDetailed design construction knowledgeGuidelines and regulations relating to noxious weeds and plant diseasesContract requirements for RIAI, IEI, NRA/TII and public procurementBuilding development regulations and guidelinesHealth & safety in construction regulationsREVIT experience over several years.Software- CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF Programmes & Microsoft Office.PackageSalary negotiable for the right candidates.Attractive benefits package
