The Role: Lead and guide the Mechatronic team in support of assigned automation projects.
Act as a mentor to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to processes and high standards of work.
Design and develop innovative automated equipment from concept to delivery.
Use SolidWorks for 3D and 2D design and detailing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of systems.
Handle technical documentation, project control, and customer communications.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
The Person: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (8+ years).
5+ years' experience in Mechanical Design/Engineering, with responsibility for design sign-off, installation, and commissioning.
Proven experience with 3D design tools like SolidWorks.
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full Driver's License required.
