Analog Device's CoreAI team is looking for a Senior Manager of AI Model Governance to execute and develop AI governance for models and systems.
Responsibilities: Define and lead the development of technical controls for model and algorithm development.Set up controls to detect anomalies in AI systems and models.Keep track of the AI systems that are being developed and ensure quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments of AI models.Negotiate with vendors and manage the model supply chain.Qualifications: Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.At least 10 years of full-time industry experience, with at least 5 years in AI in model governance and development of technical controls.Knowledge of quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments for AI models.Hands-on experience with benchmarking and evaluation of AI models and systems.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
