Located in Dublin, Cruiserath Biologics Campus, a one billion Multi-Product Cell Culture Biologics Manufacturing facility plays a central role in the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) network as the company's first European biologics manufacturing facility. This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company's growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus.

The Role

Senior Manager, Inventory and Material Management is responsible for developing processes and governing all aspects of inventory control and materials management at the Cruiserath site. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory, optimizes inventory processes, and leads the governance and reporting of inventory on a regular cadence.
The Inventory Manager will work closely with various departments, including production, MS&T, procurement, finance, and quality, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement in inventory and materials management processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for the governance of all inventory processes on the Cruiserath site and present reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with production planning, planner buyers, MS&T, procurement teams & global teams to ensure continual management of inventory and materials for the Cruiserath campus.
Accountable for the continual risk management & reporting for inventory required for the Cruiserath campus.
Accountable for content and quality of master data for inventory prosses.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for continual improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and materials handling.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct training sessions for team members on inventory management procedures and systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any inventory-related quality issues.
Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines. Strong project management ability.
Works well in a team environment.
Ability to manage and motivate a dynamic team.
Excellent math and computer skills required, including general Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of computerized production and inventory control systems (SAP) as well as manufacturing execution systems (MES), QMS and documentation practices.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate to multiple levels within the company.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines. Strong project management ability.
Works well in a team environment
Experience managing a team is a plus.
Excellent math and computer skills required, including general Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of computerized production and inventory control systems (SAP) as well as change control and documentation practices.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate to multiple levels within company.
B.S. in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or science-related discipline.
A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role with experience in Production, Planning, and Inventory management.
Experience and knowledge in Biologics manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledgeable on current data management techniques
Relevant industry certifications are desirable (APICS - CSCP/CPIM).
