Description
Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, PMO - Biosurgery Supply Chain to be based preferably in Raritan, NJ.
The Senior Manager, PMO for Biosurgery Supply Chain will lead a global portfolio of strategic supply chain projects aimed at enhancing quality, growth, delivery, and cost efficiencies within the Surgery Supply Chain organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Biosurgery Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective governance across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the Biosurgery Supply Chain strategy, overseeing governance processes for strategic projects and programs.Establish and facilitate governance forums, ensuring proper cadence, agenda setting, participant management, and documentation of action plans.Lead strategy input processes, lead business planning, and conduct regular metrics and scorecard reviews to track progress.Collaborate with end-to-end Supply Chain leadership and finance teams to support strategic and business planning cycles, including long-range financial plans and business plans.Drive operational excellence through the PMO, focused on improving efficiency and capabilities across the broader Biosurgery Supply Chain.Collect, analyze, and present key metrics on a monthly or quarterly basis, conducting risk management, scorecard reviews, and corrective action processes.Align with the Ethicon Surgery Supply Chain PMO and oversee the Biosurgery Supply Chain Leadership Team agenda, ensuring timely tracking of action plans.Implement project management best practices, including prioritization and measurement, to optimize value capture and improvement initiatives.Develop a master portfolio of supply chain projects, complete with business cases, resource allocation, timelines, and results tracking.Ensure effective program tracking and reporting to facilitate benefits realization for the Biosurgery Supply Chain Leadership Team.Implement agile processes for project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Partner with Finance to align on resource forecasting, benefits measurement, and project prioritization.This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive impactful improvements within a global, cross-functional team, ensuring the ongoing success of the Biosurgery Supply Chain organization.
Qualifications
QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance or Supply Chain.An Advanced Degree is preferred.A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience is required.Experience with project/program management experience is preferred.Experience with project management and program management processes and tools is preferred.Financial skills, including business case development experience is preferred.Experience, training or certification in Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies is preferred.Global experience is preferred.Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and influence decision-making across a matrix organization is required.This position may require up to 25% domestic travel and limited international travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
