Senior Marketing Executive Raheen, Limerick Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team at our office in Raheen, Limerick.The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing robust marketing tactics and strategies that elevate our brand presence, enhance client acquisition, and support business growth.
This role demands a marketing professional with a deep understanding of inbound marketing and customer journeys, how to work together with sales teams as well as handling SEO and SEM combined with a creative and a data-driven approach.
If you have experience from any of our main customer groups (construction, design, engineering or manufacturing) it is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement the Irish marketing plan adhering to the company marketing and brand strategy.
The marketing plan will be developed in close co-operation with your fellow colleagues in Europe and anchored with the local sales team Conduct market analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities and customer needs Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, webinars and industry events Monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, optimizing strategies based on analytics and ROI Create and distribution of high-quality content tailored to our target groups, including blogs, case studies, and company websites Ensure content is consistent with our brand message and effectively communicates our technical expertise and solutions Enhance and protect the companys brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels Participate in the companys digital marketing efforts, contributing to an improved management, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies Utilize relevant tools to track the success of digital initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics Together with the Marketing Director prepare and request the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI Monitor expenditure and provide reports on performance and marketing effectiveness.
Be an active member of the European marketing team, contributing to a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field or with other relevant experience / training Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing preferably from our main focus areas (construction, design, engineering, manufacturing) or other software business Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing tactics and strategies in a B2B environment Strong understanding of digital marketing like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in using marketing analytics tools to drive strategy A passion for innovation, technology, and engineering Skills: marketing marketing executive marketing manager
