Role OverviewWe are looking for someone to join our in-house Employer Solutions Marketing team in Irish Life, which provides group retirement, risk, health and well-being products to employers and affinity groups.
In this role, the person will play a critical part in developing and delivering through the line marketing plans, campaigns and maximising our strategic partnerships.
You will be an active member of the team who are responsible for the strategic marketing planning, delivery and evaluation activities for the full range of products delivered by Employer Solutions.
Some of our products are award winning European propositions, with a strong growth ambition.
Our products help people live better financial lives.
The person joining this team should be energetic, flexible and adaptable with a self-motivated hands-on approach.
The person should be agile, with the proven ability to work effectively on individual projects and also as part of a team.
Knowledge and experience of working on both above the line print assets and below the line digital assets and marketing collateral is a must for this role, together with well-honed project management skills.
You will create, deliver and maintain Irish Life and Employer Solutions materials that promote the market leading propositions.
You'll need to be ready to hit the ground running, balance workload and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail is essential.
This contract is a full-time permanent role, 5 days a week.
The role is currently 2 days on-site/ 3 days from home, but this may evolve.
More specific responsibilities will includeSupport the development and delivery of key marketing campaigns and activities that drive the business objectives of being a trusted advisor to employers to attract and retain talent by creating and delivering strong workplace benefits packages for their employees.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop, deliver and evaluate effective annual, integrated marketing plans for Employer Solutions that evidence clear value for money and commercial return on investment.Work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver the marketing strategy and business goals.Support, drive and evaluate on key marketing events and strategic partnerships.Production and ownership of high-quality marketing content with a primary B2B audience, for multiple channels including email, social, website, video, corporate presentations and advertising.Help create strong marketing proof points for our products e.g.
market and industry-leading thought leadership content, customer success stories, website content and brochureware.Provide regular analysis and reporting to monitor the effectiveness of the content created.Maintain and review existing product literature on an ongoing basis to ensure literature continues to be fit for purpose.Support the broader marketing team on business-as-usual deliverables and key projects.What you will need to be successful in the roleA 3rd level degree and / or relevant professional qualification in marketing.3 to 5 years' experience in a marketing and communications role with demonstrable experience in delivering successful campaigns, preferably in financial or professional services.Direct experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.Strong knowledge and experience of email platforms, and CMS systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly motivated and driven with an ability to meet challenging deadlines.Experience of strong internal and external stakeholder engagement.Team player with strong people skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Knowledge of Irish Life product range (Health insurance in particular) and the market in which we operate would be desirable.3rd level qualification in relevant areas – Marketing, Business or related discipline.Ideally up to 3-4 years Marketing or Financial Services experience.About usIrish Life is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions with a presence across a range of financial services markets.
