Senior Montessori Teacher

Ladybug Childcare & Montessori school are now recruiting a Montessori teacher with FETAC level 6 or higher to join our school and work with our well established childcare team. We are looking for someone who has a true love and understanding of the Montessori philosophy to work with our team and is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education.

Applicants must supply suitable character references.

Successful candidate must:

– Be St. Nicholas/Equivalent trained montessori teacher OR have a minimum qualification of FETAC LEVEL 6 or

Diploma in Montessori

– have an ability to use their initiative, be friendly and work as part of a team

– have an efficient/professional approach

– have great communication skills

Main duties and responsibilities include:

– Planning and developing activities

– Observing, recording and monitoring the Children's development

– Daily Communication with parents

– Weekly and Monthly lesson plans

– Adhering to company policies & procedures

– Maintaining a safe, hygienic and stimulating environment for the children.

– Working in collaboration with other staff for the well being of all children

Salary: Based on qualification and experience – will be discussed at interview stage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Advanced/Higher Certificate (required)

Experience Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Language: Fluent English (required)
