Senior Occupational Therapist 1.0WTE (35 hours) Temporary contract (approx.
9 months) H.S.E.
funded Based in Palliative Care in Blackrock The Senior Occupational Therapist will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapist Manager in ensuring the coordination, development and delivery of a quality, client-centred Occupational Therapy Service to meet the needs of the service user group and the objectives of the organisation.

The Senior Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the provision of a high standard Occupational Therapy service in Harold's Cross Hospice and Blackrock Hospice and other designated areas * and will carry out clinical and educational duties as assigned by the Occupational Therapist Manager.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Essential criteria: Be registered on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU or satisfy the conditions set out in Section 91 3+ years post qualification clinical experience with minimum 1 year in Palliative Care Full clean driving licence Informal enquiries for this position is most welcome.
