Are you ready to take on a pivotal role at Kellanova?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Procurement Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline all direct and indirect purchasing transactions, from order to payment.
Your expertise will be crucial in reducing total costs and introducing cutting-edge technologies to enhance transaction efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Regional Chief Procurement Officer, you will lead a team, supporting all buying staff involved in transactional activities.
With responsibility of facilitating the resolution of conflicts with suppliers over delivery, service and payment issues.
Maintaining continuity of supply and mitigating supply challenges.This role at our European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.A Taste of What Youll Be DoingStrategic focus Guides technology strategy to support delivery of regional strategies and plans whilst standardising and automating tactical activities over time.Process Optimisation Lead the streamlining of the order to payment process to reduce transaction cost in conjunction with third party procure to pay (P2P) Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation.Delivery support Strategic stakeholder management with supplier organisations to support delivery of procurement operations purpose.Process Execution Support the establishment and execution of Global standardised procurement processes.Supplier Support Manage interactions with key suppliers to resolve issues reactively and mitigate potential areas of risk proactively.Were Looking for Someone WithProven experience within Purchasing and Supply chain.Previous management experience required with both people management and process management.Strong technical knowledge, such as a comprehensive understanding of order to pay processes, knowledge of procure to pay technologies, as well as strong ability to lead and delegate within a project or special initiatives.Strong leadership and behavioural experience, with ability to develop key stakeholder relationships, visionary leader, excellent motivator and a passion for developing a high performing organisation.Distinctive ability to communication effectively, up and down the organisation.Whats NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back to you by email or phone.
