The project:
The project is located in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The project is on an existing data centre campus, upon which phase 1 has already been completed. Mace have been contracted to construct phase 2, known as DUB01EX; the project consists of two data centre buildings with an integral administration block, along with three energy centres housing generators, fuel storage, electrical infrastructure, and a combined services buildings. New car parking spaces, roads and landscaping will also be provided.

You will develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with the client and other project stakeholders, both internal and external.
You'll need to: Be an advanced user of P6, and have a working knowledge of other planning software such as Asta and MS project
Have experience of projects with heavy MEP and commissioning elements, such as those in the technology or manufacturing sectors
Possess detailed knowledge of general construction, mechanical, electrical and commissioning, including installation techniques, best practice and system commissioning requirements
Construction build elements, including sequencing and dependencies
Design processes and design programmes
Planning of procurement and pre-construction activities
Be able to assist in value engineering and C2P project strategy and demonstrating programme benefits.
You'll also have: Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Extensive experience in the successful planning of project in the date centre, technology or manufacturing sectors.
Commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
