Although Clio's EMEA headquarters is in Dublin where the team is currently 50 strong, including 7 in marketing, there is significant growth potential across EMEA.
We're only scratching the surface and have ambitious growth targets.

Who you are:You are a results-driven marketer who can craft and execute on customer-centric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilization.
You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can communicate complex products in a compelling and impactful way.
You are a self-motivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership.
You are a strategic thinker and you create marketing plans that are grounded in data.
You are known for your strong communication and collaboration skills and are energized by working cross-functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame.
What you'll work on:Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolios, including positioning and messaging, new feature and product launches, internal team enablement, customer and prospect lifecycle initiatives, and other programs.Partner with your product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring new features and products to market.Work closely with product marketing teams in North America to share best practices, key learnings and build the roadmap for EMEA.Work with the marketing team to localize messaging and releases for EMEA markets.Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits through positioning.Create stand-out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.Be the voice of our product and represent Clio as a product expert at industry events.Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption.Engage with customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products.Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to develop market research.Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining an intimate understanding of product-line performance metrics.Own the competitor intelligence program for EMEA.What you bring:5+ years of experience in product marketing.Strong writing skills to craft compelling stories.Adept at using analytics platforms and insights.Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, and design effective tactical approaches.Intellectually curious with a habit of uncovering opportunities.Agile in structuring work and prioritizing as new opportunities arise.Bias toward action and getting things done.Collaborative and enjoy working together with your team.Creative in marketing approaches.Self-starter, curious, resourceful, and motivated.Serious bonus points if you:Experience in B2B SaaS.Legal industry knowledge and/or experience.Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Looker, and Dreamdata.What you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio's Total Rewards Program.

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range.
